Richard Perkins Minimize

Experienced as a Performance Improvement, Change Management and Training Consultant with an extensive knowledge of the international pharmaceutical industry, Richard provides general management and oversight for all ConSept Consulting projects and all client relationships. He also works with clients and project teams on a day-to-day basis to ensure the delivery of high quality work, on time and on budget.

Richard has an impressive record in developing solutions that combine leading-edge systems, processes and people. Among his abilities is the capability to identify innovative solutions to problems and a flair for the analysis and presentation of complex information. Hoffmann-La Roche - Process Management & Training (1993 - 1995) Coordination of process improvement and reengineering initiatives. Development and delivery of education and training. Head of Clinical Research Unit (1990 - 1993) Management of a central team of CRAs providing project/trial management and implementation.

G.D. Searle & Co. Ltd. - Administration and Finance Manager (1986 - 1990) Management of R&D finances and administrative services for the European region. European representative on clinical process improvement initiatives and merger activities. Project Management (1977 - 1986) of clinical programs.
